Canning Apples

Well we picked the apples then i had to get myself to can the apples. I decided today that if i don't start it will never get done. So i called Grandma to see if she would like to come help. She came up and spent the day with us. It was lots of fun. Kaden and her sure did have fun pilling, cutting and coring the apples. Until she cut her finger. We made two batches of apple pie filling! Then we also made a pie for that night! It was very yummy. Grandpa came up and we played canasta and had dinner. It was a great day with the Grandparents! Thanks for all you guys do for me! I sure do love you guys. The kids love you so much as well. We waited a few days to finish up the rest of the apples. Paul Greggroy came over to play so i started in the kitchen to make apple sauce and apple juice. Thanks to Michelle Porter! She came and grabbed my apples for me and took them home and juiced them for me and brought the juice back so i can bottle it! Wow it was some good stuff!
